I have over 10 years experience in Internet Marketing with a heavy focus in Affiliate Marketing Management.  I am currently the owner of JEBCommerce, a full service agency specializing in affiliate program management.

Prior to JEBCommerce, I was the Director of Affiliate Relations at Converseon, where I managed all aspects of affiliate programs including recruiting, retention, strategy, while managing a team of experienced affiliate managers. At Converseon, I managed programs such as Hilton Hotels, Palm, Mikasa, Edmund Scientifics, Cricket Wireless and more.

Earlier in 2008, I received an honorary Affiliate Classroom Affiliate Manager Certification and in 2007 was the runner up for the Affiliate Manager of the Year at the Affiliate Summit West.

Since 2005, I have also been a blogger at Revenews.

Prior to Converseon, I managed a multi-million dollar affiliate program and search campaigns for Coldwater Creek, a top 5 national women’s apparel retailer. I was able to generate a high volume of sales and incremental revenue through creative partnerships, efficient promotions and product placement strategies with top partners as well as small niche affiliates. The program, under my management, grew from several thousand a month to over $30 million a year.

I have also held positions with a number of e-commerce and online marketing companies where he focused on performance marketing and customer retention and activation initiatives. At Teamon.com, no longer operating, I managed the affiliate program as well as the customer retention programs. I worked closely with our VP of Marketing, the Customer Retention Team and Sales to develop a serve yourself training program for customers designed to educate and retain.

Prior to TeamOn.com, I managed the Search Engine Optimization, Affiliate and Email campaigns for Netivation/Medinex.com.

I have a BA in Business/Finance from Central Washington University.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my four children and amazing wife.  Music is important in our household as our two oldest boys play instruments, and their dad tries to keep up on the guitar.  Not always with success mind you.  I enjoy competing in triathlons when time permits for training and supporting my wife in her art.
